1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
✅ United States & Puerto Rico
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations not listed above at this time.
2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take longer.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

🚀 Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
You can track your order login in onto your account on our website or throught our store chat.
5. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Glowaveskin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue:
📍 Lost or delayed orders – Please contact the carrier first for tracking updates.
📍 Marked as delivered but not received – Check with neighbors or your local post office.
📍 Damaged shipments – Contact us immediately at info@glowaveskin.net with photos of the damage.
We will do our best to assist with any carrier-related issues.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
🌍 Customs Fees & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
🌍 Delivery Delays: Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, email us ASAP at info@glowaveskin.net—once shipped, we cannot change the destination.
